Dim Sum, Mongkok, the Peak, Dumplings on Saturday

We started Saturday with Dim Sum in Aberdeen. We chose the restaurant that my coworkers and I go to during the week. I let Dad pick out most of the food. In addition to a bowl of beef tendons and noodles and steamed shrimp dumplings, we also had fried lotus root with meat (mom wanted this)
Curry Squid

Curry Tripe. This wasn't one of Robin's favorites, in fact she probably will never try this again.

Steamed rice with Chicken in a leaf. Without this dish and the shrimp dumplings, Robin would have gone hungry. All these dishes were only $109hkd ($14US) for 4 of us.

We then took the bus from Aberdeen to Mongkok. I was looking to buy a new dSLR camera. I'd been doing research for over a month and finally bought the Canon D400Kit. Along the way, we bought a beef paratha, and squid balls.
and some cookies along the streets before stopping at the Pacific Coffee in Langham place to rest

Then took the subway and double decker bus to the Peak

Took the minibus down from the Peak to Central to have dumplings

These were pork and watercress dumplings. You get 10 dumplings, but someone ate 3 before I had a chance to take the picture. In the background was an order of steamed choy sum. Also order a bowl of cold noodles with soy beans which isn't shown

A cucumber salad

Smoked bean curd filled with carrots.

Then Dad wanted some roast pig, so I took him to a place. They had the little piggies lined up ready to be roasted. We ordered $20hkd worth and took it home
