Aberdeen, Stanley, and TST

I took a vacation day on Monday and we wandered around Hong Kong. First stop was to Aberdeen to find someone to hem a new pair of pants that my mom bought. Found a lady that would do it for $2.50 and it would be done in 1 hr. While we waited, we had lunch at the fish ball noodle restaurant. I had fish ball soup with egg noodles.

Mom and Dad had theirs with rice noodles. We also ordered a plate of fried bean curd rolls that were stuffed with meat. Robin had won ton mein

After an afternoon of walking around the stanley market, we went to Tsim Tsa Tsui to have Thai food. Had fried pumpkin and prawns with a dipping sauce.

A steamed mullet with thai chili and lime. Also ordered a papaya salad and morning glories with garlic and chili

Then took the star ferry back to the Hong Kong island side and took the shuttle bus home. Took this photo while we waited for the ferry
