Dehli, India

All the food in India looks so interesting. From the streets to the restaurants, I wish I could try everything. There is one rule though when traveling in India. If it's not cooked don't eat it. Just to be on the safe side, that means no fresh fruit, fresh vegetables, or dairy products

Had a lamb biryani main dish the first night.

Since restaurants don't open until 7:30pm, I was lucky that I had access to the business lounge which had appetizers starting at 6pm.


These are the 2 chefs who cooked over/in the large tandoor ovens. They either were making kabobs or all the different indian breads
