A view from the top of the hill. With 40lb bicycles, it was too difficult to ride up the hill, so we walked.
Riding around the island can make you hungry. Seafood is plentiful in Cheung Chau. Can someone translate this menu and put it in the comments section.

Razor Clams with black beans

Salt and Pepper Prawns

After lunch, we stopped for dessert at a local shop

There were so many things to choose from

I ordered the mango soup with sago and mixed fruit (hk$14). It had watermelon, mango, and kiwi in it.

Tim ordered a drink of pumpkin with shaved ice and something that resembled clear tapioca. (hk$13)

He also ordered mango wrapped in a rice dough (hk$5). It was similiar to Japanese manju. There was a lady in the shop making them.
Robin ordered a Mango Ice (hk$10)

After dessert, we rode to the other end of the island to look at the reclining rock and the pirate caves.
That's the reclining rock in the background
We needed to work up an appetite for more food before we took the afternoon ferry back to Hong Kong. On the street was a vendor making some candy coated fruit. I had to buy one. They were only hk$5 ($.65)
These were 3 for hk$11. I had to get an order of these as well.

There were also vendors frying foods. The cost was hk$10 for any 7 items
They also had vendors making satay. You had your choice of chicken, beef, pork, wings.... Tim ordered 2 different skewers. They grill to order.
