Chinese dinner in Aberdeen

Anybody want to help translate? Tell us what we should order next time. Next to each item is a number for reference. All we need to know is what you get with each number

Since we can't read the chinese menu, we are out of luck on any specials. They did find us an english menu which we could order from. This is the same restaurant that I eat dim sum at nearly every week with coworkers. There are multiple chinese menus on the table and typically my coworkers order from all of them.
Ordered eggplant with garlic in a clay pot. This came out so hot that the eggplant was caramelizing inside the pot. It was very good.

Ordered a house special sparerib dish

Fried squid with garlic

A bbq platter of roast pork and bbq pork
