After entering the gates of Disneyland-Hong Kong, we were approached and asked if we wanted to be in the Disneyland parade. We thought we would walk down Main Street with other families. Little did we know that we were chosen to be the Grand Marshals.
Announced over the park loudspeakers: Grand Marshal's of Disney on Parade-The Hom Family of the United States
Provided with our own Disney Mouse ears and hands, we boarded the Grand Marshall wagon and led the parade
Having people take your picture while we are waving to them down main street is a weird feeling. Seeing them smile when you caught their eye, showed the power of Disney.
