This restaurant is huge. Can seat 1500 people. The fresh live seafood counter is 50m long, plus they have a vegetable and fruit section and a japanese counter for sushi and tempura
The restaurant assigns a women dressed in blue to assist with your food choices. She pushes around a shopping cart and helps pick out and bag your selections
After you make your selections you have to tell them how to cook it
We chose a live grouper. The fish are taken out of the tanks and placed in front of you flopping all over the place
We chose to have the fish steamed with soy sauce
Ordered a couple of very large fresh water prawns
Prawns were charcoal grilled
Ordered a large crab
Crab was stir fried with glass noodles. Also selected a potato and had them make fresh potato chips
Ordered a couple of lobsters
Lobsters were baked with butter 
Can't forget the vegetables
The open kitchen was huge. People cutting, cleaning, and cooking. 
For dessert: Fresh mango, green mango or pappaya (not sure), and an apple like fruit
