This time we had taken the bus to Mong Kok on the Kowloon side of Hong Kong. It's about a 35 min ride on the public bus that picks up right outside our apartment. Yes, there are wet markets closer to where we live, but we were already heading that way to shop.

Always a tough choice deciding what vegetables to buy. Not sure what I would do with some, so the safe bet was to just buy the choi sum. For less than us$1, you get a very large bag. Also bought 2 heads of green leaf lettuce.

Next stop was the fruits. Purchased some small apple bananas and then stopped by the shop with the asian pears. They stand them in a pile and you pick the pile you want.
Bought some grape tomatos
Bought some egg noodles
