A Fun Ti

A Fun Ti is a Beijing Restaurant that serves food from the Xinjiang province. The people working here looked more eastern european than chinese. I'm told this is a province in western china. The entertainment was an Ulghur woman dancing an arabian dance and someone playing traditional music. They also had the same women bring out a large snake and dance around the restaurant. At the end they had patrons dancing on stage and then on tables. For the food, I'm not exactly sure what each dish was. The names were unusual. There was a cold noodle dish that was a bit spicy

A few different grilled meats. I think we had pork, lamb, and possibly beef.
