Dinner at Dot Cod

A reward for a good day of hiking is a good meal. Tim was kind enough to treat us to dinner. Started off with mussels from Scottland. We had this steamed with tomato garlic and chili. The broth was so good that we asked for more bread to soak up the sauce.

Robin and Tim had a rocket salad with goat cheese and pumpkin

I had a steamed Baramundi chinese style

Robin and Tim both had corn meal battered plaice and chips. Plaice is a flat fish

For dessert, I had a hot souffle with lemon and passion fruit

Robin had a sticky toffee pudding with caramel sauce and vanilla ice cream. The pudding was actually a small cake.

Tim had a passon fruit creme brulee
