Jakarta, Indonesia

Pondok Laguna is a seafood restaurant specializing in Indonesian traditional cuisine. The restaurant is decorated like a big hut. Upstairs is airconditioned and downstairs is not. Unfortunately there was no room upstairs, but luckily it wasn't too hot.

Highlight was the gurame goreng (deep fried gurame fish). We ordered 2 of these and they fried it so that most of the bones were edible.

Fried tofu stuffed with shrimp called tahu kipas

Sauteed water spinach

Also had a satay dish(grilled meat) and a starfruit juice for a drink
