Hee Kee Fried Crab

Dave Shorter was here, so we had to take him up the peak. We started from our apartment and hiked to the top. It was probably the warmest day in Hong Kong this year.

For dinner we decided on Hee Kee Fried Crab. In the past, I had taken my parents to Causeway Bay Spicy Crab, so this was a new place

Large crab fried and mixed with a garlic, pepper mixture that had the consistency of oatmeal. I could just eat the spicy mix all day. It was very good

Clams in soup

Fried tofu. The inside was so soft and creamy it almost seemed like it was melting

Ate a vegetable that seemed like a cross between chinese celery and garlic chives

For dessert we walked to Hui Lau Shan. I just looked at their website and they opened a location on Gerry St in San Francisco. English name is Creation dessert house

This time I tried something new. Crystal jelly with mango and strawberries
